PARADE:  Check-in at 9:00 AM at Adams and Crenshaw.  The Procession will be staged on Crenshaw Boulevard, EAST to Buckingham Rd, Los Angeles, CA  

 

FESTIVAL:  Opens at 12:30 PM., Leimert Park, Los Angeles, CA 90008

This is an Outdoor event.  Canopy 1 table, and two chairs well be provided by the Producers. Table coverings and ambiance accessories that fif the allotted space will be supplied by the Vendor.  

 

**Vendors must have their displays open and ready for the public at 12:30 AM.  Vendors are responsible for providing relief personnel to maintain their booth.

Rules

• No food items can be sold, except by approved FOOD VENDOR CLEARANCE

• All items for sales must be listed on the Vendor Application.

• No changing, swapping, or subletting space.

• No amplified music

• No selling outside of your assigned booth.

• No politically, racially charged or sexually explicit materials can be displayed or sold

Sellers Responsibility

• All vendors are responsible for their own permits and taxes.

 

Liability

• Each Vendor exhibits all works at his or her own risk.  If insurance is desired, it must be arranged and purchased by the vendor.  The Producers assumes no liability for loss, damage, theft or work of display materials.

Penalties

• The Producers reserve the right to ask for the removal of any items in violation of the rules and regulations listed herein; and so prohibit and Vendor from opening his/her both late. Such an occurrence may result in loss of all fees (no refunds), and removal from the premises.
